This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The Opp. parties be directed for modification of the Grade Pay to Rs.5400/- instead of Rs.4800/- on completion 20 years of continuous service at the stage of 2nd financial up-gradation under RACPs in accordance with ORSP Rules, 2008 being attached to his promotional hierarchy with all other consequential service and financial benefits taking into consideration at Annexure-6. The amounts so due may be drawn & disbursed with arrears after re-fixation of his pay to him as consequential benefits at an early date".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 05.01.2022 at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.2 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be

// 2 // issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexure-6 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
