This matter is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat through hybrid mode.

Learned counsels for the appellant and Respondent No.2Insurance Company are present. The memo in support of the compromise between the parties is kept in the record. 3.

The learned 2nd Addl. District Judge-cum-5th M.A.C.T., Rourkela had directed the Respondent No.2 to pay an amount of Rs.75,000/- ( Rupees seventy five thousand) to the ClaimantAppellant alongwith interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of filing of the application till date of payment within a period of two months from the date of passing of the order.

4. It is now agreed that a consolidated amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) shall be paid by the

// 2 // insurance company to the claimant-appellant within a period of eight weeks.

It is therefore directed that the Respondent No.2insurance company shall deposit the aforesaid consolidated amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) within a period of eight weeks from today before the Tribunal. 6.

As the settlement is arrived at before the National Lok Adalat, no court fee shall be levied.

The MACA is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
