This application has been filed by the petitioner-husband under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of Criminal Misc. Case No.16 of 2022 filed by the opp. party No.1-wife under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. for maintenance in the Court of learned S.D.J.M.., Kamkhyanagar, to the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Telkoi, wherein CRLMC No.03 of 2022 filed by the opp. party No.2-daughter is pending.

Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press this transfer petition and to that effect, he files a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record. 3.

In view of the above, the TRP (CRL) is disposed of as not pressed.
