This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the case, issue notice to the opposite parties and after hearing the case, may kindly quash the order dt.7.6.2022 passed by the learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack in R.P. Case No.1581/2015 under Annexure-4 and further be pleased to direct the opposite party no.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time and till then no coercive action be taken against the petitioner's temple in the interest of justice;
And/or pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court thinks just and proper;
And for this act of kindness the petitioners as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the opposite party no.1 to have a look to the request of the petitioner vide Annexure-7 and pass a lawful order, if necessary, giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
