1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The petitioner who is serving as a Hindi Teacher since her appointment in Government Girls High School, Bhuban has filed this Writ Petition praying for a direction from this Court to the opposite parties to transfer her to any other school under Jajpur district or Cuttack district.

4. Grievance of the petitioner is that she has adjustment problem with the staff of the school because of the fact that she belongs to minority community. In the meantime, the petitioner has filed a representation before the Collector, Dhenkanal though he/ she is not the appropriate authority to transfer her. In that view of the

// 2 // matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the opposite party No.2- Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar by way of representation.

5. On the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the opposite party No.2- Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar along with a copy of this order and a copy of the Writ Petition. On such event, the opposite party No.2Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar shall consider the representation to be filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of submission of the representation.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
