The representation by the Petitioner was made to the Government on 29th November, 2019 nearly three years ago. There is also no proof of such representation actually having been delivered. Consequently, permitting the Petitioner to make a fresh representation to the authorities and after following up on such representation to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law, the writ petition is disposed of.
