This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 04.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9373 of 2021.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 04.08.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 8th line of paragraph-3 of the order, the name of the Court "S.D.J.M., Malkangiri" be substituted by "Civil Judge-cum-J.M.F.C., Kudumuluguma". Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
