Mr. Biswal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients have not been provided caste certificate by reason that particulars of their occupation not having been recorded in the RoR. Hence, prayer in the writ petition is for necessary correction in the RoR, to upload in the internet with consequent direction upon concerned authority to issue caste certificate. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the writ petition is covered by entry-8 in assignment list of the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Biswanath Rath.

Mr. Biswal submits further, his clients are not pressing prayer regarding correction to be made in the RoR. Simply there be direction

// 2 // upon the authority to upload the information of RoR in the internet so that his clients be issued caste certificates. 4.

Relief prayed for by petitioners is for obtaining caste certificates. Petitioners are not pressing for correction in the RoR. In the circumstances, there will be direction upon opposite party no.2 to deal with and dispose of the petitioners' application for caste certificates. For purpose of such disposal, the Tahasildar will cause uploading of relevant information from the RoR to the internet, so that petitioners are able to comply with requisitions made with regard thereto, for obtaining caste certificates. Said opposite party will deal with the applications for caste certificates within four weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
