This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1546 of 2020, on the files of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur arising out of Berhampur Mahila P.S. Case No.111 of 2022, under Sections 498A/448/323/324/307/506/34 of IPC and is in custody since 11.07.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Berhampur, Ganjam, by order dated 18.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the allegations and counter allegations and nature of injury report which has been placed on record, this

Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every week till the submission of the final form.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
