This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur to dispose of C.P. No. 288 of 2019 at an early date.

Order sheet annexed to the writ petition as Annexure-2 reveals that counselling report is awaited. Hence, prayer made in this writ petition cannot be granted at this stage. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to move learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur for early disposal of C.P. No.288 of 2019 after the matter becomes ready.
