Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in T.R. Case No.82 of 2020, on the files of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Cuttack arising out of Koraput Town P.S. Case No.341 of 2020, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act. 4.

Considering the quantity of contraband seized and the role ascribed to the petitioner this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. The same is accordingly dismissed.

It shall be open for the petitioner to approach this Court at a later stage.
