This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.08.2022 while releasing the Petitioner on bail. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is a lady and is required to appear before the trial Court on each and every date fixed which is causing immense difficulties to the Petitioner. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the fact that she is appearing before the Court since the date of release on bail, this Court modifies the order dated 30.08.2022 to the extent that the Petitioner shall remain present before the trial Court on the relevant date of trial without fail. Page 1 of 2.

However, on the date on which the Petitioner has difficulty she shall move an appropriate application before the court below for dispensing with her personal attendance in Court. 4.
