This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that Your Lordships be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition and direct the opp.

party No.2Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack to implement the order dated 28.07.2020 under Annexure-5 passed in Misc. Case No.7/2020 arising out of R.P.Case No.3647/1994 correcting the Hal ROR Plot No.602 as Area Ac.0.002 dec. in place of Area Ac.0.003 dec.

And may further be pleased to pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

And for the said act of kindness the petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as a decision is required to be taken by the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttackopposite party no.2, while having exercise of Annexure-6, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Cuttack, Sadar- opposite party no.2 to keep in view the objection of the petitioner vide Annexure-7 and also the order of the competent authority at Annexure-5 as well as the recording in the record-of-right at Annexure-4 and take lawful decision by completing the entire exercise within a period of two

// 2 // months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order by the petitioners but however involving the party likely to be affected. 4.
