Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.
It is submitted that learned counsel Mr. S. Sahoo has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant. The same be traced and tagged with the file. Name of Mr. Sahoo be reflected in the brief as well as in the cause list.

Learned counsel for the informant places on record an affidavit filed by the informant absolving the petitioner for commission of any offence.

The petitioner is an accused in Spl. G.R. Case No.07 of 2022, on the files of learned Additional District & Session JudgeCum-Special Judge, Deogarh arising out of Deogarh P.S. Case No.106 of 2022, under Sections 376(2)(n) of IPC read with Section 4(2)/6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned A.D.J.-cum Special Judge, Deogarh, by order dated 11.02.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the affidavit filed by the informant, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
