Heard Mr. P.C. Nayak, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the letter dated 05.07.2022 under Annexure-18 inviting fresh tender in respect of the work "Construction of HL Bridge over river Khairibandha at 0/400 km on Kapanda to Sunapal Road in the district of Mayurbhanj under Biju Setu for the year 2018-19". 4.

Mr. P.C. Nayak, learned Counsel for the Petitioner files Interlocutory Application No.12040 of 2022 in Court today, paragraph-2 of which reads as under:- "2. That it is humbly submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, there was a discussion in the office of the Chief Engineer (Building & Bridges) Rural Works (O) and they agreed to revoke the termination of the contract and allow the petitioner to complete the balance work."

In view of the above, learned counsel for the Petitioner does

not want to press this Writ Petition and seeks for withdrawal of the same.

In view of the above submission, the I.A. is allowed and the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
