However, considering the pendency of the proceeding under Section 37(I) & (II) of the OCH & PFL Act, 1972 vide Annexure-2, this Court observes if there is any exigency and requirement of expeditious disposal of such matter, it may be open to the petitioner to show urgency before the appropriate authority to find the suitable direction from the competent authority.
