This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on last occasion on 07.12.2022. But on perusal of report furnished by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Koraput, IIC, In-Charge, it appears that the petitioner has not surrendered to custody after availing the interim bail since 14.07.2022.

Hence, the present bail application stands dismissed. Learned Court is accordingly requested to proceed against the petitioner and his surety in accordance with law.
