BLAPL No. 7496 OF 2019 Mahabir Sahu .........
Petitioner Mr. P.K.Routray, Adv.
-versusState of Odisha ............
Opposite Party Mr. K.K.Gaya, ASC
CORAM:
JUSTICE V. NARASINGH
ORDER
12.04.2022 Order No.
09.
1.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3.
Miss S.Das seeks for an adjournment on behalf of Sri P.K.Routray, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.
On 8.04.2022 while adjourning this matter, this Court took note that on 26.09.2019 and 7.12.2020 there was no appearance.
5.
Today also the adjournment is sought for on the ground of personal difficulty. It is seen that the learned counsel who is making mention is not a counsel on board. This Court is constrained to reject the prayer for adjournment. 6.
The BLAPL is dismissed for non-prosecution.
