This Contempt Petition has been filed challenging the noncompliance of the order dated 13.06.2022 and modified order dated 23.06.2022.

This Court in the said order had directed the Opposite PartyContemnor to consider the representation of the Petitioner. The representation submitted before the Opposite Party No.2, the applicant had prayed for posting at Rayagada. 4.

Mr. Panigrahi brought to the notice of this Court the communication dated 03.08.2022 issued by the Odisha Police State Head Quarter, Cuttack, wherein it has been indicated that the Petitioner has been transferred and posted to D.P.O., Rayagada vide order dated 26.04.2022.

In view of the same, nothing further remains to be complied with by the Opposite Party-Contemnor.
