1. The above petition is filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.7013 of 2012 dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court's order dated 22nd June, 2022 on the grounds stated therein.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to recall the order dated 22nd June, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.7013 of 2012 and accordingly, it is directed.

4. In the result, the petition stands allowed. Consequently, W.P.(C) No.7013 of 2012 is hereby restored to file for its disposal on merit.
