CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
26.07.2022 Order No.
01.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
In course of hearing, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that dependent on the permission in disposal of the Writ Petition by this Court, the Petitioner has already moved a recalling application. 3.
Considering the application for recalling by the Petitioner is pending with the mutation authority, this Court finds the Writ Petition becomes premature. In the process in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court simply observes in the event any recall application at the instance of the Petitioner is pending for consideration of the Tahasildar involving the Mutation Case No.12205 of 2022, hearing of the same may be expedited and also be disposed of at least within a period of one and half months but however involving parties concerned. Till such period all parties involved are directed to maintain status quo in respect of the disputed property.
