3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"To direct the Opposite Party No.2 Collector, Angul to show cause as to why necessary directions shall not be issued to give effect to the order passed by him vide letter No.611 dtd. 17.03.2022, pursuant to the order dated 09.02.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No.4037 of 2022, and if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause this Hon'ble Court may make the said rule absolute by issuing a writ of mandamus directing the Opp. Parties, more particularly Opp. party No.2, Collector, Angul to give effect to the order passed by him vide letter No.611 dtd.17.03.2022, pursuant to the order dated 09.02.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No.4037 of 2022."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2

// 2 // in that regard within a period of three weeks from today. 5.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
