Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the proclamation of sale in respect of Vehicle bearing registration No.OD-09-J-8333 (Tipper).

Mr. Khatua, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the outstanding amount has already been deposited before the Regional Transport Officer, Keonjhar. Proclamation of sale has already been withdrawn and the certificate proceeding has already been dropped. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.
