Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Stateopposite parties. 3.

Against rejection of claim for grant of benefit in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of Ritanjali Giri @ Paul vrs. State of Odisha (School & M.E. Deptt.) & Ors : 2016(I) ILR 1162, vide order dated 19.03.2021 under Annexure-3, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this question has already been decided by this Court in the case of Jagadish Singh Babu v. State of Odisha & Anr.(W.P.(C) No.29322 of 2020 disposed of on 11.08.2021). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order.

Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, the order impugned under Annexure-3 dated 19.03.2021 is hereby quashed. The matter

is remitted back to the authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the order passed by this Court in the case of Jagadish Singh Babu (supra) as expeditiously as possible. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
