This matter is taken up hybrid arrangement Order No.

The Petitioner having been implicated in Keonjhar Town P.S. Case No.159 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No.58 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section-367(3)/506 of the IPC read with section-6 of the POCSO Act, pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Keonjhar has filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation
// 2 // that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the Petitioner, the same would be made on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of early preferably during the course of the day in accordance with law. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
