Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) In the light of above stated circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the present writ application, issue a Rule NISI calling upon the Opposite Parties more specifically Opposite Party No.4 to show cause so as to why they shall not be directed to take necessary steps to transmit the documents of the Petitioner and if the Opposite Party fall to show cause or show insufficient cause, make the said Rule absolute.

(ii) Further, be pleased to direct the Opposite Parties to fix the salary of the Petitioner to the promotional post held by the Petitioner forthwith".

It is submitted that in spite of the communication issued by the Sub-Collector, Bhawanipatna to the B.D.O.,

// 2 // Golamunda under Annexure-10, the said opposite party is not taking further action in the matter.

Considering the prayer made, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to act on Annexure-10 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is directed to provide a copy of the order before the Opposite Party No.4 within a period of seven days and the said opposite party is directed to act on the same. 6.
