This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 3.
Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Mangalabag P.S. Case No.177 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.801 of 2020 pending on the file of S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the Petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 29th April, 2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the
// 2 // investigation; and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
