Heard Mr. S.K. Jethy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate and Mr. Gochhayat, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2. 3.
The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to Opposite Parties to make correction in the result concerning the Petitioner in M. Pharma 2nd Semester Regular/Back Examination 2017-2018 held on 15.05.2018 in the subject of Recent Advances in Pharmacology having subject code M.PH2D.6 and further to seeks direction to declare the petitioner as a pass candidate and publish the result of the petitioner immediately. 4.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusal of the record, this Court finds that pursuant to notice, the Opposite Parties have already declared the result of the petitioner in M. Pharma (Pharmacology) stating him as failed candidate,
which has been stated by the petitioner by way of Additional Affidavit dated 28.02.2022.

In that view of the matter, since the result of the Petitioner has already been published, nothing remains to be decided in the matter. However, if any cause of action still survives, the Petitioner may approach before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised.
