As it appears, earlier the matter was listed before the Dy. Registrar (J) on 05.10.2018 and, as such, direction was given to remove the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one week, failing which the matter shall be placed before the Bench for Orders. But till date, the said Order has not been complied with.
