2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "to direct the Opp. party No. 2 to 5 to deposit the E.P.F contribution of the petitioners along with employer share and administrative charges before the Opp. party No.1 for the period w.e.f their engagement to till date by opening E.P.F account of the petitioners and continue the deposits of the petitioners to regularize the E.P.F account of the petitioners.
And/or further prayed in case the Opp. Party No.2 to 5 fail to deposit the EPF dues, then issue appropriate direction to the Opp. Party No.1 to initiate a proceeding under the provisions E.P.F & MP Act to realize the amount as due and admissible under the provisions of EPF Act & Scheme to regularize the EPF account of the petitioners for the period w.e.f their engagement to till date by giving hearing opportunity to the petitioners and opp. party No.2 to 5 so that benefit can be extended in favour of the petitioners."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and taking into account Annexure-3, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
