Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the nature of the proposed amendment appearing at Page-17 of the Brief and the plea already there in the Written Statement, this Court finds, the trial court remains justified in observing that there is scope of changing of nature and character of the suit. In the circumstance, this Court finds, there is no scope for interfering with the impugned order.
