01.

1.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

Mr. S.K. Garnayak, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has at the outset submitted that, he has instruction from the Petitioner to withdraw this petition, as it has been found after filing the appeal that some serious defects have crept into the petition, that requires correction. According to the Petitioner, filing of a fresh application after removing the defects, as indicated, would be better course than bringing the pleas of amendment of the application.

dismissed as withdrawn, reserving the liberty for the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same subject matter. (S. Talapatra) Judge (M.S. Sahoo) Judge Murmu
