The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "The petitioner, therefore, prays that your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, call for the records and after hearing the parties and issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandamus or any other or further writ/writ(s), direction/directions directing the Opp. Parties to regularize the petiioner's service from 2006 instead of 2016 vide letter dated 19.07.2017 and 05.08.2017 and to grant benefit of RACP/MACPs in favour of the petitioner vide letter no.53750 dated 27.12.2018 for the interest of justice."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.4 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and taking into account Annexures-4 & 6 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
