Heard Ms. S.L. Patnaik, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the notice dated 27.06.2022 passed in OPP (EUO) Case No. 12/2022 and P.R. No. 1029/2022.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State contended that against any action/inaction by the Tahasildar, the appeal lies and instead of preferring the appeal, the Petitioner has straightway approached this Court in the Present Writ Petition. 5.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum, if she is so advised. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
