Considering the submissions made and on going through the averments taken in the petition filed for modification of the order and extension of time, in view of death of the Informant; it is ordered that now the copies of the Applications be served upon the learned Public Prosecutor/Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of notice to the near relative/s of the victim. In view of above the time period for surrender of the Petitioner is extended by six weeks more. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
