This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 3rd March, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5383 of 2022.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of contempt petition stating that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner assails the notice issued by the Tax Recovery Officer, Dhenkanal under Annexure-2 in TRC No.797 of 2022.

In view of such submission, the CONTC is dropped as withdrawn.
