This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is an accused in G.R. Case No.587 of 2021 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Bhadrak was granted with bail by order dated 14.10.2022 subject to furnishing property security to the tune of Rs.5,00,000/-(rupees five lakhs) besides other conditions. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that the court below interpreting property security to be given by the petitioner in respect of the properties, which are recorded in the name of the petitioner. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is clarified that the property security be given by any of the third party
// 2 // be accepted to the tune of Rs.5,00,000/-(rupees five lakhs) in the present case as imposed by order dated 14.10.2022, rest other conditions shall remain intact.

With the aforesaid modification, the I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
