Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the opp. parties to regularize the petitioner's service from 2006 instead of 2016 vide letter dated 19.07.2017 and 5.8.2017 and to grant benefit of RACP / MACPs in favour of the petitioner vide Letter No.53750 dated 27.12.2018 for the interest of justice".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 06.07.2022 under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law taking into account under Annexures-4 & 6 within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
