This matter is taken up hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Puri Sadar P.S. Case No.100 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.955 of 2019 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section-147/148/323/324/336/427/379/506/149 of the IPC read with section-25/27 of the Arms Act and section9(B)(1)(b) of the E.S. Act, pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh have filed this application under section438 of the Cr.P.C. for their grant of anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, this application is disposed of with the observation

// 2 // that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the Petitioners, the same would be made on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of early in accordance with law.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order passed on 23.09.2020 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
