Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There has been disclosure through the affidavit that bills submitted by the Petitioner have not only been taken into account, but there has also been release of full and final admissible dues to the tune of Rs.1,41,280/- on the date of entertainment of the Writ Petition itself. It is in this view of the matter, this Court finds, nothing survives in the Writ Petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further. Petitioner if has any other issue, may take up such issue in accordance with law.
