1. In view of the decision of this Court dated 5th April, 2022 in ITA No.132 of 2018 (Principal Commissioner of Income Tax v. M/s. Ahinsa Vinimay Pvt. Ltd.), the Court declines to frame the questions of law urged by the Revenue in the present appeal arising out of the impugned order dated 19th April, 2018 in IT (ss) A No.42/CTK/2018 for the Assessment Year 2008-2009.

2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
