Order No 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal.

3. Considering the submission made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to prefer an appeal against the impugned order of punishment passed under Annexure-6.

4. It is observed that if any such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from today , the said appellate authority shall dispose of the same on merit without insisting the delay in filing the same.

5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
