This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 02.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.8811 of 2022.

In last but one line of paragraph-5 of the said order dated 02.08.2022 " more than one criminal antecedent" be inserted after the word "and". Rest part of the order shall remain intact. 4.

Considering the submissions made, the date of surrender of the Petitioner as stipulated in order dated 02.08.2022 is extended by three weeks as last chance from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
