Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, ex gratia compensation his client seeks by reason of death of his son by snake bite. Revenue Inspector, Chandigaon submitted note dated 2nd January, 2019 to opposite party no.3 regarding petitioner's claim but said opposite party has not done anything. The writ petition also has been long pending. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner be directed to approach said opposite party with his representation. 3.

Petitioner will approach opposite party no.3 with copy of said note dated 2nd January, 2019 (annexure-4) along with this order. Said opposite party is directed to deal with petitioner's claim within three

// 2 // weeks of communication. In case the claim is rejected, petitioner must be informed of the reasons within that time.
