This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Special (NDPS) Case No.96 of 2014 pending in the file of learned Special Judge-cumAdditional Sessions Judge, Angul, arising out of Angul P.S. Case No.563(22) of 2014, offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Angul by order dated 06.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Petitioner has misused with impunity the trust reposed in him in as much as while not only he violated the terms while he was being brought to the Court in seisin over the matter in execution NBW(A) he jumped from the train and escaped from custody and to

make with worst till he was taken into custody when got involved himself in any another offence.

On a conspectus of materials on record, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.
