This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.3848 of 2022, on the files of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar arising out of Khandagiri P.S.
Case No.332 of 2022, under Sections 341/323/294/307/506/34of IPC and is in custody since 27.06.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 12.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Perused the Injury Report which has categorized injuries as simple.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the coaccused have been released on anticipatory bail by this Court by
order dated 27.07.2022 in ABLAPL No.8310 of 2022 and hence his further continuance is not warranted.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the age of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
