Heard Mr. S.P. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. Das, learned Counsel representing the Opposite Parties. 2.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner though in respect of structure No. 31L/43A of Mouza-Sainkul for the two storied RCC framed structure while pursuant to the judgment dated 01.11.2021 of the learned District Judge, Keonjhar in ARB(P) No. 82 of 2016, the petitioner has been paid Rs.945/- per square feet along with the interest and solatium, however, with regard to the structure No.31L/43B which according to him also covered a similar structure higher amount of compensation and enhanced solatium has not been paid.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a
representation before the Special Land Acquisition Officer & Competent Authority, N.H.215 Project, Keonjhar (Opposite Party No.1) for redressal of his grievances. He further prays that the said Opposite Party be directed to take a decision on the same within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Special Land Acquisition Officer & Competent Authority, N.H.215 Project, Keonjhar (Opposite Party No.1) within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order. In the event such a representation is filed before the Opposite Party No.1, he is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 6.
