Heard Mr. P.P. Behera, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the Union of India-Petitioners; Mr. D.K. Panda, learned counsel for opposite party no.1, 9 and 10; and Ms. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties no. 2, 3, 6 and 8; and Mr. J.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for opposite parties no.5 and 7. 3.
It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 21107 of 2020 (Union of India and others v. G. Srinivas Rao and others), which was disposed of by this Court on 26.10.2022. 4.
Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 26.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 21107 of 2020 (Union of India and others v. G.
