This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by leaned counsel for the petitioner that the bail application of the petitioner was disposed of by order dated 02.08.2022 in ABLAPL No.8826 of 2022. While granting bail to the petitioner, this Court imposed a condition on him that initially, the petitioner will repay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the informant within seven day and the balance amount will be paid to the informant in three equal installments. However, it is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to some financial difficulties, the petitioner could not arrange the aforesaid amount and he could not able to comply with the same. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the meantime, the petitioner has arranged a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-(rupees one lakh fifty thousand) to repay the

// 2 // informant initially and thereafter, he will pay the balance amount on six equal installments and the same may kindly be allowed. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, condition with regard to repay the initial amount as reflected in pargraph-8 of the order dated 02.08.2022 passed in the aforesaid bail application stands modified to the extent that the petitioner shall initially repay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/-(rupees one lakh fifty thousand) to the informant within seven days hence and the balance amount shall be paid in six equal installments to the informant within a period of six months from the date of his release on bail. Rest part of the order shall remain intact. 5.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 02.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.8826 of 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
