This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.93 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C., Junagarh, arising out of Junagarh P.S. Case No.96 of 2022, under Sections 379/34 of IPC and is in custody since 14.05.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dharamgarh, Dist-Kalahandi, by order dated 19.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Taking into account the nature of allegations and punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Considering the Criminal Proclivity, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every week till the conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
